***Must have Car Wash Industry experience***
COMPANY: Fastest growing express car wash operator in the United States, with locations in multiple states from coast to coast.
ROLE:
Plan and oversee the renovations, remodels, conversions and installations of car wash sites. This role is responsible for delivering a solution to the company
using appropriate business measurements and tools according to the project specifications. Work collaboratively with Renovations Team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage all resources both internal and external to meet established schedules for all projects assigned.
Execute standard budgeting procedure for all projects and project managers.
Provide living and effective reporting on key project statuses, budget criteria, roadblocks and other key criteria.
Work across multiple teams to ensure critical internal goals for new projects are met.
Manage Risk to avoid delays or reputational damage
Provide timely budgets for internal approvals and project account purposes.
Performs related duties as required.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of Car Wash Industry Renovation & Equipment Installation experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Willingness and flexibility to travel throughout United States over 50% of time.
Strong leadership and overall management skills.
High energy level and demonstrates ability to work under pressure.
Understanding of “facts on the ground” of a multi-unit service business.
Forward thinking; able to anticipate issues and opportunities.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Understanding of project estimating, scheduling and field management.
Coordinate overall master schedule for project delivery.
Flexible, adaptable and resilient to stress.
Able to articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and precise manner.
Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.
