Company Information:
Our Client is a leading travel center retailer operating in the Southwest portion of the United States. The company operates 40 sites in 8 states in the southwest region. The successful candidate will be responsible to run an existing site offering Fuel, Convenience Store and Apparel.

Position Qualifications / Background:
5+ Years experience in a high transaction retail environment.
Supervisory experience managing a team of 10-15 employees.
Background in retail travel centers, grocery or convenience stores is highly desirable.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain the highest possible standards of customer service.
Recruit, hire, train and develop a talented team of retail associates.
Increase merchandise and fuel sales.
Execute pricing, merchandising and promotions are prescribed by the Company.
