DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, GENERAL MERCHANDISE DISTRIBUTION – NYC AND RALEIGH, NC
COMPANY PROFILE:
They are an industry leading supplier of General Merchandise to Supermarkets and other retail outlets in the Drug, Hardware, C-Store and other channels. Backed by a private equity group and expanding rapidly domestically and internationally. The Director of Operations will be based out of Westbury, NY or Raleigh, NC, potentially using a hybrid work model.

COMPENSATION:
$100,000-$150,000 with 20% Bonus Potential. Full benefit package.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Director of Operations will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be involved with every aspect of running a business including contract negotiations, budgeting, staffing and recruiting, financial reporting, ERP system development, CRM rollout and management, etc.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
Ideal candidates could come from Operations, Consulting, or Investment Banking due to the high degree of financial acumen needed
