THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Director-Food Service Operations will develop training programs for Perishable Managers and Associates and assist in the training in the areas pf product training, production schedules, and merchandising initiatives. If you enjoy working with the Foodie/Farmer Farm to Table folks, this is for you! Position will be based in Champaign, IL.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Must have up to 5 yrs. supermarket or food service perishable experience with strong knowledge of perishable dept operations and understanding of profitability levers in this environment.
