THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Bakery Manager will lead a large staff of scratch bakers, implementing the weekly merchandising plan, creating a positive experience for customers and providing the store with a profitable outcome.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Must have up to 5 yrs. culinary/pastry management experience with strong knowledge of perishable dept operations and understanding of profitability levers in this environment.
