As a Store Director, you will manage teams with passion and purpose, instilling the core values of supporting locally sourced and produced top quality grocery and culinary offerings in this unique space with like-minded individuals.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Store Director will lead a staff of approximately 250, directly leading Operations Managers as well as Perishable and Dry Grocery and Food Service Dept. Heads. If you enjoy working with the Foodie/Farmer Farm to Table folks, this is for you!
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Depending on your experience and skills, your total compensation package will be include very competitive base salary, up to $24,000 bonus opportunity along with entrance into a world class ESOP opportunity!
Must have up to 5 yrs. Supermarket Store Manager experience with strong knowledge of perishable dept operations and understanding of profitability levers in this environment.
