Your role with the company:
Regional or Director level QSR franchise knowledge of operational, financial, people and customer performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
Demonstrates strong independence and an entrepreneurial mindset to continually build Company's business
Position Requirements:
8+ years of franchise QSR/Fast Casual expertise in operational, financial, people and customer performance metrics, product specifications and management systems in a Regional or Director capacity.
Ability to travel within adjacent states 50%-70% as needed
Demonstrates strong independence and an entrepreneurial mindset to continually build Company's business
Experience in contract negotiation, project management, contractor & subcontractor partnership to insure timely franchise QSR builds through concept opening.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate business and market related benefits in a simple fashion.
Interfaces professionally and works effectively in team setting
Acts as a role model within and outside of the department
Demonstrates and models strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
Maintains a positive and respectful attitude
Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes
Communicates regularly with Leadership Team about department issues
Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to work independently and prioritize work
