Director of Marketing – Car Wash
COMPANY: Fastest growing express car wash operator in the United States, with locations in multiple states from coast to coast.
ROLE:
As a Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy. You’ll work with your centralized support team to oversee the
promotional and advertising initiatives to drive sales and build brand awareness while managing costs, necessary to give our customers a convenient, consistent, exceptional
car wash experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define, communicate, and protect key brand characteristics, shepherd brand strategy, and lead tactical implementation to ensure continuous brand development.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to drive and achieve membership sales, retail sales and car wash volume.
Support new store openings and renovations for new signage and customer journey.
Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
Support and develop sales promotions to grow membership signups and retail volume.
Maintain a department budget for operation and development of strategic initiatives.
Ensure effective control of marketing results, taking corrective action to guarantee achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions, monitoring competitive products and
marketing activities.
Firsthand experience of digital, design and online marketing as well as traditional marketing platforms
Willingness and flexibility to travel throughout United States over 25% of the time.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
3-6 years of marketing experience, ideally from CAR WASH with a branded multi-unit operation. Related field: retail, restaurant, and hospitality.
Passionate about marketing and the consumer experience.
Comfortable working in a rapid growth environment where responsibilities shift quickly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
