VP of Operations – Car Wash
COMPANY: Fastest growing express car wash operator in the United States, with locations in multiple states from coast to coast.
ROLE:
The Vice President of Operations will provide field leadership of all site operations, financial performance and customer experience of the company in a multi-site/multi-market regional territory while ensuring adherence to all company standards, policies, and procedures. Oversee P&Ls, new site launches, implement on-going training & safety initiatives, and monthly membership plan management. Provide a safe, engaging workplace and development opportunities for Teammates. Ensure each site is delivering on the mission, to provide a convenient, consistent, quality car wash experience for customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and establish excellent working relationships with customers and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with site managers to ensure all car wash personnel have the requisite training, skills, and resources necessary to excel.
Enforce company standards, policies, and procedures.
Drive performance through monitoring key performance indicators and taking corrective action when needed.
Manage P&L for each location based on budget goals.
Lead the company safety program including compliance with all OSHA requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
Monitor and maintain equipment for each location.
Willingness and flexibility to travel throughout regional locations.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 7 years of CAR WASH INDUSTRY experience; 10+ years preferred.
Experience managing multi-site car wash operations, ideally for industry-leading brands.
Prior P&L responsibility with clear understanding of financial drivers and metrics.
Very high attention to detail aimed at a strong focus on operational and customer excellence.
High personal standards in accordance with company standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
