District Manager – Grocery (Texas)
Position Qualifications / Background:
10+ Years experience in the Retail Grocery industry.
Multi-unit supervisory experience.
Experience in a small format store highly preferred.
Extensive travel throughout Texas required.
Position Responsibilities:
Knowledge of Retail Grocery operations, staffing, training/development, P&L and practical general business knowledge.
Ensures locations deliver all facets of our “promise” to the customers.
Maintain the highest possible standards of customer service.
