National Account Representative-Western USA
(Relocation is NOT available for this position-Candidates must currently reside in the Western United States)
COMPANY PROFILE:
Our client is a well-established company in the Automotive and Industrial Lubricants industries. A manufacturer of finished lubricants for a variety of applications including the automotive and industrial markets. Current customers include all OEMs for both service and/or factory fill lubricants.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Provides marketing and field sales support for national accounts. Facilitates ongoing sales and marketing activities with OEM field and distributors.
Develops and implements regional roll-out timetable, coordinated with nationwide effort to expand the distribution program within the region, followed by continued activities to support and maintain the distribution region after the introduction phase.
Coordinates the introduction of a nation-wide OEM distribution program, with OEM field sales, automotive dealerships, and Distributor field sales representatives.
Conducts ongoing OEM field training meetings and presentations.
Meets with distributors to present basic program outlines and gathers feedback to assist in qualifying & selection process.
Facilitates dealer roll-out meetings with OEM field sales, and distribution sales and management.
Assists in the development, launch, and support of marketing campaigns and projects, and promotions.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
BA/BS degree from an accredited 4 year college
3 years lubrication oil sales experience in automotive or industrial
Experience with PCMO sales or marketing.
Experience in automotive or other vehicle after-market distribution programs.
Experience with OEM parts and/or service field sales & support.
