Sales and Customer Support Specialist – Greater New Haven, CT Area
Growing renewable specialty chemical company is seeking a highly qualified Sales and Customer Support Specialist. This individual will be responsible for tracking sales leads, providing customer service and managing data to support sales opportunities. He/ She must be hands on and thrive in a fast paced, fluid environment.
Bachelor or Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in sales support, preferably in the chemical industry or in a B2B environment
Strong Microsoft Office and data management skills
Ability to create and manage spreadsheets
Familiarity with CRM tools
Must be detail oriented with a commitment to excellence, accuracy, and timeliness.
Excellent organizational and oral / written communication skills
