Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Specialist – Greater New Haven, CT Area
Growing renewable specialty chemical company is seeking a highly qualified Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Specialist. This individual will be responsible for the timely and accurate shipping and receiving at the manufacturing facility. He/ She must be hands on and thrive in a fast paced, fluid environment.
Demonstrated experience as a warehouse worker in a chemical manufacturing environment
Experience in the preparation and shipping of orders and receipt of materials
Experience with international shipments (IATA, DHL, FEDEX, Haz Mat, etc.)
Hands on inventory management skills
General knowledge of safety regulations, safe work practices and handling of hazardous materials
Must be detail oriented with a commitment to excellence, accuracy, and timeliness.
Ability work flexible hours as required
