Senior Account Manager Specialty Chemicals – Remote Role
Growing renewable specialty chemical company is seeking a highly qualified Senior Account Manager. This is a global sales role and requires a strong technical sales background. This individual will be responsible for managing the sale of cosmetic and personal care ingredients to a broad range of customers including multi-national and indie brands. He / She must be passionate, self-driven and able to develop strategies to successfully drive overall sales and business growth.
Bachelor of Science, preferably in a technical field
5+ years’ experience in chemical sales or related, preferably in cosmetics and / or personal care applications
Demonstrated ability to close sales, develop new business and maintain existing business
Ability to work with and assist distribution partners in their selling efforts in global markets
Ability to travel extensively, both nationally and internationally. Up to 75% travel.
This is a remote position. The selected candidate will be offered a lucrative compensation package to include a strong base salary, bonus, and a full benefits package
