ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:
The Single Store Manager is responsible for managing all operations, providing team leadership and excellent customer service. This person’s accountability includes all facets of retail convenience day to day operations, P& L accountability, customer service, POS management, fuel, and office technologies. In addition to, they will need excellent communication and training skills as well as the ability to operate independently.
BACKGROUND:
3+years SINGLE CONVENIENCE STORE Retail Experience Wanted with P&L responsibilities; Food Service is a plus !
Experience in leading a team of employees.
Strong computer, communications skills, and team leader.
