THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Regional Manager will immediately begin an 8 Month in-depth, on-the-job training before taking on the challenging role of Regional Manager in San Antonio.
As Regional Manager, you will be the consultant and coach to 10 District Managers, and Approx. 100 Store Managers or Franchisees to maximize store profitability.
You will be the primary representative to store operators providing guidance, consultation and direction regarding implementation of business strategy and system, programs and initiatives.
The position will lead a team of 10 DM's, 1000 Store Associates and have full P&L responsibility for 100 stores.
BACKGROUND PROFILE: BA/BS degree from an accredited college.
5 years retail operations experience with multi-unit experience desired.
Detailed understanding of retail, grocery or food service operations including financial concepts.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality customer service, cleanliness and profitability.
