District Manager, Convenience Stores

The company owns hundreds of convenience stores across 15+ states and also distributes branded fuel to their customers.
Position Description:
As the District Manager, you will develop effective working relationships with the company's dealers who run the company's convenience stores in northern AL. Assisting dealers with Mystery Shops, pricing, credit, promotions, renewals, marketing programs, real estate, environmental compliance and fuel haulers are key components of the role. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and act as a liaison between the dealer and the company's headquarters by maintaining good communications. This position is also responsible for dealer's performance, customer service, brand compliance, store visitations, facility evaluations and store takeovers as needed.
Background Profile:
Proven success in a similar role working with franchisees and/or dealers
Knowledge of Fuels marketing Business and Convenience Store functions
Strong time management skills to include planning and organization
Ability to learn basic computer programs
75% Travel within region
Essential Job Functions:
Calls on dealers and locations on a regular basis; works with each account in the areas of training, marketing, and sales to form a mutually beneficial partnership.
Performs Monthly and Quarterly Business reviews with dealers to provide feedback and critical items for improvement.
Maintain communication and a positive working relationship between dealers and company, as well as all support functions within the company
Respond to customer problems and complaints and follows through to resolution.
Understands and meets monthly, quarterly, and annual goals; Participates in the Monthly Business Review process.
Identifies and recruits new accounts; Identify opportunities with Tenants and Dealers for potential commission agent, company operation, etc.
Manage expenses within planned budgets
Price counseling to maximize sales potential
