Position Qualifications / Background:
5+ Years experience in a Retail Auto Parts business.
Supervisory experience managing a team of 8-10 employees.
Knowledge of and a passion for Car and Truck repair and maintenance.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain the highest possible standards of customer service.
Recruit, hire, train and develop a talented team of retail associates.
Increase merchandise sales.
Execute pricing, merchandising and promotions are prescribed by the Company.
