The Role You Will Play:
The Bakery Director will lead a merchant team of Buyers, Category Manager, and Merchandiser, collaboratively along with the strong Operations and Marketing staff in place. Preferred candidate will be promotable several levels up in organization and play a leading role in other perishable depts. A full service Bakery Plant/Commissary is responsible for providing the exceptional quality and assortment that you will lead, so that experience is critical.
Compensation:
Base salary will be $115,000 + depending on experience. $15,000 annual Bonus potential. Medical/Dental benefits and others!
Background Profile:
5+ years experience in Supermarket Operations, strong background in managing perishable depts.
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
