Director of QSR Operations
As the Director of QSR Operations, you will be responsible for Operations, P&L, customer service, team culture, Training, Staffing and Team Building. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact executives, guests and employees is essential.
Ensure operating standards are executed in all 14 locations while maximizing financial results including positive comparable restaurant sales growth and comparable restaurant profit increases. Ensures standards for food, labor and controllable costs. Manage all areas of the financials,understand the P&L and be able to evaluate all lines as well as develop plan of attack to address any areas that do not meet expectations.
Recruit and hire a talented, management team and maintain retention standards for the district. Utilize competitive restaurant visits and other available resources to assist in recruiting. Continually evaluates the talent level of the restaurant management team; coaches and trains for improved performance.
Continuous focus and support of training on a day to day basis to continue to raise standards.
Communicate weekly priorities to locations
Responds to employee or guest complaints in a timely manner.
Proven success in a multi-unit QSR leadership role
Ability to effectively interpret P&L statements and make improvements as needed
Ability to drive excellent customer service
Ability to build high performing teams
