This position is with the company’s largest franchisee hosting 18 locations with growth plans to 30+ in the next two years and 50+ within 5 years

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
This Area Manager role will be responsible for four units with continued growth expectations.
You are working in a proven restaurant system but given autonomy to grow and improve all areas that you oversee.
You will report to an owner with an extensive background in business and have an opportunity to grow your restaurant knowledge and beyond.
You should be ready to run your area as if it were your own business and you were an owner or partner.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Looking for a proven leader who has been a multi-unit leader in QSR for 3+ years.
Should have exposure to all areas of the Operations of a restaurant from Financials to Training and Systems.
Working knowledge of P&L and understanding at all levels, how to improve sales, how to find where the problems exist.
Must be a passionate leader who is enthusiastic about running restaurants and developing teams.
Looking for a balance in a leader of both knowledge and experience but also the ability to still be hands on with your team
