Office Manager/Assistant Bookkeeper
Our client is a well-respected Qucik Service Restaurant company based in Orlando, FL. The Office Manager position is an integral part of the management team and requires an experienced hands-on individual that has knowledge of the construction industry and daily accounting processing within the industry.
Hire, train, and supervise office personnel.
Analyze and organize office operations and procedures.
Prepare a complete financial statement monthly, according to company guidelines.
Prepare daily bank deposit and cash report.
Manage scheduled and non-scheduled accounts.
Reconcile accounts monthly.
Maintain monthly journals, schedules and general ledger.
Complete month end process timely and accurately.
Assist in completion of internal audits and special projects.
Oversee payroll process.
Prepare tax reports, tax deposits and tax returns in a timely, accurate manner.
Work with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Accounting/Office Management experience
Microsoft Suite Proficiency, especially Excel
