Travel Center/Convenience Store Company seeking a Multi-Unit General Manager for Einstein's Deli, Sbarro's & Del Taco location within a large Travel Center located in White Hills, AZ.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Looking for leaders with 2-3+ years at a salaried manager role in either QSR or Fast Casual Dining. Multi Unit experience is a HUGE plus!
Would like to see managers from a high volume and fast paced environment who can handle a quick pace.
Should have knowledge of both front of house operations and back of house along with point of sale systems.
Knowledge of Financials and P&L is a plus, but not a necessity for this role.
