Our Client is a leading travel center retailer operating in the Southwest portion of the United States. The company operates 32 sites in 8 states in the southwest region. Their new concept incorporates a travel center, grocery, hardware and food courts in a single combined facility. This concept is unlike any in the marketplace today. The successful candidate will be responsible to run an existing site offering Fuel, Convenience Store, Grocery and Hardware.

Position Qualifications / Background:
5+ Years experience in a high transaction retail environment.
Supervisory experience managing a team of 50+ employees.
Background in retail travel centers, grocery or convenience stores is highly desirable.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain the highest possible standards of customer service.
Recruit, hire, train and develop a talented team of 50+ retail associates.
Increase merchandise and fuel sales.
Execute pricing, merchandising and promotions are prescribed by the Company.
