THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Engineering Manager leads all design and manufacturing engineering for the plant.
Supervise and provide support for design engineering and technician team among the plant.
Ensures all design projects meet customer and manufacturing requirements.
The Engineering Manager will use their ability, background and knowledge to guide development in product development and design.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, similar discipline will be considered.
5+ years of Design and Manufacturing Engineering.
5+ years of Supervisory Experience
Knowledge and Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
Structural Aluminum Experience is Vital in this Role.
Expert manufacturing and design practices.
