Fleet & Safety Coordinator
Join a dynamic team as a Fleet & Safety Coordinator, facilitating safety training and ensuring adherence to SOPs, EPA, MSHA, DOT regulations, and safety practices. This role includes significant responsibilities for maintaining compliance documentation and promoting a safe working environment across all operations. Expect to travel up to 25% for facility inspections and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct safety trainings and daily reporting procedures for drivers.
Manage compliance records for MSHA, EPA, DOT, OSHA, and USCG.
Perform facility inspections and ensure safe work practices.
Support the Fleet Safety & Maintenance Manager administratively.
Deliver training to staff, emphasizing safety and adherence to policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of safety experience.
High school diploma or GED, with preference for candidates with additional training or experience in OSHA and FMCSA.
Strong reading, interpretation, and communication skills.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to safety.
