Dynamic convenience store company is looking for a highly skilled QSR Manager to join their team to run a store location with a busy food business inside. The company will train you on the convenience side of the business while you use your QSR leadership skilset to improve food service in one of their stores – Pizza experience is a HUGE plus!
This role will lead all facets of one location including managing employees driving sales, P&L accountability, positive customer experience and top notch food service.
Excellent communication and training skills as well as the ability to operate independently are all essential to success in the role.
Requirements & Skills Needed:
Proven success running a QSR
Ability to work autonomously & possess an entrepreneurial streak and treat this business as your own.
Experience in hiring, training, mentoring and leading a team to success.
Embraces and builds a strong culture using a mature situational leadership style of management.
Strong computer, communications skills and team leader.
