As Produce Director, you will lead 48 stores' fresh produce programs to support company goals of quality and value, leading teams through influence and with passion and purpose, instilling the core values of the company. Store teams are employee owners and the pride in ownership shows up every day.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Produce Director will lead teams with buying and operations collaboration and oversight. You will work directly with the VP of Supermarket Operations. If providing communities with the freshest product available at the best price is what motivates you, this is for you.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Depending on your experience and skills, your total compensation package will be include very competitive base salary, along with entrance into a world class ESOP opportunity!
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Must have 5+ years multi-store produce leadership and experience with strong knowledge of wholesale distribution programs and understanding of profitability levers in this environment.
