THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Account Director should possess outstanding sales experience, honed customer service skills and a passion for providing innovative business solutions in a variety of settings.
Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts.
Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs, and then effectively articulate how the Company can add value through our services and solutions.
Meet or exceed annual sales quota.
Minimize churn and maximize retention in assigned accounts.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
BA/BS Degree from a four-year college or university.
10 years of professional experience in account management / client services with a proven track record of expanding client relationships.
2+ years experience working for a Testing/Assessment/Credentialing company highly preferred.
Experience negotiating multi-year contracts valued up to 10 M$ annually.
