Membership Sales Partner-Car Wash
Role Overview
As a Car Wash Salesperson your primary responsibility is to grow and manage the recurring membership program at our site. You’ll be the face of our brand to potential
and returning guests, educating them on the benefits of our services and encouraging sign-ups for our monthly membership plans. Your success will directly contribute
to the growth and sustainability of our business. You will thrive in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment where you proactively engage customers, exceed service
expectations, and drive consistent membership conversion through confident sales techniques and authentic rapport-building.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Membership Sales
Actively promote and sell monthly membership plans to guests.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales goals.
Clearly communicate membership benefits and value to prospective customers.
Customer Engagement
Greet all guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Build strong guest relationships that lead to increased loyalty and retention.
Address guest inquiries and concerns with a solution-oriented attitude.
Operational Excellence
Understand and stay informed on pricing, promotions, and membership offerings.
Assist with site operations to ensure smooth guest flow and high satisfaction.
Support the Manager in executing local marketing initiatives to promote memberships.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with site leadership and fellow team members to coordinate efforts and align on sales strategies.
Share guest feedback and membership trends to help refine approaches.

Qualifications
Previous experience in sales or customer service (car wash experience preferred but not required).
Demonstrated success in a performance-based role
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
